モロモロあって再登録しました。突然登録を削除したので、不義理をしてしまった方も多々居たかと思いますが、懲りずにフレンド申請よろしくです。。。 Creating the opportunity to reconsider “JAPAN,”The exact concepts and ideas that even Japanese people have long forgotten,That can be uniquely reexamined by reverse-importing “JAPAN,”That has been known and loved by countless numbers of people all over the world.Sake, shochu, plum wine, and liqueur,Tea, facecloth, wrapping cloth, and Japanese papers.There are those who certainly “create” Japanese culture,Those who are involved in the production of the creation,And those who are responsible for making the ingredients for the production.Your heart and soul may be filled with life’s happiness and contentment,But the reality is harsh.Our one wish is dedicated to those Japanese people,Who are quick to respond to what’s accepted overseas,But are hesitant to express themselves,And who are more comfortable with “sameness” than “uniqueness.”For those Japanese people to take a moment,To once again pay attention to what’s really worthy and recognized in the world.That’s what we hope to achieve.What we are doing here is not limited to exporting, distributing, and selling our products,But to tell how the products were born,To convey the thoughts and ideas behind those products,And to introduce the people who created the products.The terroir of the origins, faces of the people, hands, sweat, and even smells,Those are the very things we passionately seek to project through our products.Well, we don’t know how much of it we will be able to achieve, yet.But one thing we know for sure is that we are determined.If the Sake we recommended becomes recognized and accepted within a small community somewhere in this whole wide world,For us, that means everybody who took part in the production of the Sake,The breweries and the regions,Those who produced the Sake,Those who created the ingredients for the production,Will have a big smile on their faces, saying,“Way to go!” We are now beginning the first chapter of our book,The chapter that teaches us to try our best little by little.Nobody knows how long it may take,Or if it will turn out to be a huge success or a big failure.Who knows what “a huge success” means, anyway?We dedicate a portion of our profit to a charity organization,Because we are committed to be a part of global family without poverty. “日本”を見直す機会を作ること 長い間、日本人さえも忘れてしまったコンセプトやアイデア それは世界中で無数の人々から認められ、愛され続けてきました。 その“日本”は、逆輸入というユニークな方法で見直すことが出来ます。 酒、焼酎、梅酒やリキュール お茶や手拭い、風呂敷や和紙など、 日本文化をしっかりと“製造”している方達、 その製造に携わっている方達、 その原料を造られている方達、 みなさんの心と魂は人生の幸福感と充実感で満たされているかもしれませんが、 現実は厳しい状況です。 海外で認められたモノには素早く反応するけど、 自己表現を躊躇してしまう、 そして“違うもの”よりも“同じもの”を心地よいと考える そんな日本人が少し立ち止まり、 本当に価値があるもの、海外で認められたものをもう一度考えてもらう、 それが私たちの思いです。 私たちが成し遂げようとしていることは、輸出、卸、販売に限らず、 その「モノ」がどうして生まれたか、 それが作り出された背景にある思いやアイデア、 どんな人たちが造ったのか、を伝えること。 産地のテロワールや人の顔、手、汗や匂いまで、 それこそが、まさしく私たちが情熱を持って伝えようとしていることです。 まぁ、どこまで出来るか解りませんけどね。 それでも一つ確かなことは、意気込みは持っていること。 もし紹介したお酒がこの広い世界のどこかの小さなコミュニティで認められると、 私たちにとって、それは商品の生産に携わった全ての人が、 酒蔵が、その地域が、 そのお酒を造ってる人達が、 その原料を造ってる人達が、 にっこり笑顔で“やったね”と言えることだと思っています。 今私たちは、自分たちの本の第一章をめくろうとしています。 小さなことを一生懸命頑張ること、について書かれた第一章。 何年かかるかなんて誰にも分かりません。 成功か、はたまた失敗に終わるかさえも分かりません。 “成功”がどんな意味かなんて、誰が知っているのでしょう？ 得られた利益の一部をチャリティに貢献します。 私たちは貧困の無いグローバルファミリー（世界の家族）の一員になりたいから。
