Mobli is a social media application and service that allows our Members to collect, organize, and share digital content about themselves and their lives. The Mobli Service is available at Mobli.com through the Mobli App which may be downloaded for certain smart phones. From time to time Mobli may offer Mobli Services on other websites. The Content Mobli Members can collect, organize, and share currently includes photos and information related to photos including comments, captions, location information, and other types of information about and relating to pictures. Most Mobli Users take photos using their camera phones and then upload and share these photos through the Mobli App and Mobli Service. From time to time Mobli may expand the types of Content Members can collect, organize, and share. Mobli provides tools that allow Members to control public access to and sharing of their Content in accordance with this policy. The system allows you to upload a photo or video to Mobli. When you upload a video or photo, you will have the opportunity to provide it with a title, as well as an option to select specific channels you would like the photo or video included in. In addition, you will have the option of posting the video or photo through Facebook or Twitter.
THE MOBLI APP TAGS YOUR PHOTOS AUTOMATICALLY WITH THE LOCATION WHERE THEY WERE TAKEN AND/OR WHEN YOU UPLOAD THEM TO MOBLI. MOBLI GIVES YOU THE CHOICE OF WHETHER TO PUBLISH THIS INFORMATION SO THAT OTHER USERS MAY ACCESS THE LOCATION OF THE PHOTO. NOTE: EVEN IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO SHARE LOCATION INFORMATION WITH OTHER USERS, MOBLI STILL RECEIVES AND UTILIZES THIS INFORMATION AND DOESN'T GUARANTEE THE LOCATION INFORMATION WILL NOT BECOME PUBLIC EVEN IF A NON-PUBLIC SETTING IS SELECTED.
If you would prefer that Mobli not have access to location information for your photos DO NOT UPLOAD THEM TO MOBLI.

This Policy explains how Mobli collects, uses, and may in some cases disclose information collected through your use of Mobli. This policy is expressly incorporated into our Terms of Use.
Personal Information. Mobli collects Member-submitted information such as name, email address, and phone number to authenticate Users and to send notifications to those Users relating to the Mobli Service. Mobli may also collect other data, including but not limited to, personal interests, gender, age, education, and occupation in order to assist Users in finding and communicating with each other, and to enable Mobli to deliver a more personalized service to each Member.
Mobli's Terms are expressly part of this Privacy Policy. The Mobli Services may be supported and made available through advertising and related promotional support. In doing so, Mobli may track certain technical information about you and your use of the Mobli Services. Various technologies may be used and these technologies may change over time or as new methods and technologies develop. We want to be direct with you. Most of the Mobli Services are free, but providing them has costs which we try to recover (and earn a profit) through the financial support of others.
Device I.D. Mobli collects our Users' Device I.D.s associated with their mobile device in order to enforce our Terms of Use including removal of comments that violate the terms or to limit or terminate other behavior which we deem in our sole judgment to be inconsistent with Mobli's mission.
IP Address and Technical Information. Mobli also logs non-personally identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate-user data, and browser type, from Members and visitors to the website and application. This data is used to manage the website, track usage, and improve the Mobli Services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services including, but not limited to, advertising to Members. User IP addresses may be recorded for security and monitoring purposes.
User Profiles. User Profile information including real name, Members' pictures and User-chosen Mobli usernames are displayed to other Members to facilitate User interaction in the Mobli community. A Member's Mobli username is used primarily to add the User to other Members' watched lists, and to enable other Members to share their Content with the User. When a Member subscribes to a Mobli Channel, their username may be visible to other Members who also subscribe to that Channel. When a Member shares Content with other Members, the User's Mobli username will be visible to the other Members viewing the shared Content. Because other Users may see a Member's username, Members may consider creating a username that is not personally identifiable in and of itself. A member's username is also used to create a private channel for that User, under the address: http://www.mobli.com/username. Usernames are issued by and property of Mobli. Mobli reserves any and all rights to issue, modify, suspend, or otherwise limit and control the use of particular usernames although it is under no obligation to do so.
Email addresses. A Member's email address may be used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join Mobli. Mobli may also use a Member's email address to send updates, a newsletter, or news regarding the Mobli Service.
The Content Mobli Members can collect, organize, and share currently includes photos and information about those photos including comments, location, captions, etc. From time to time Mobli may expand the types of Content Members can collect, organize, and share. Members may have certain levels of control over the sharing of their Content. The system defaults all Members' Content to be public.
You may choose to share any piece of your Content present in the Mobli Service with one or more members of the Service and/or the public.
Sharing and Channels. You may choose to share any piece of your own Content present in the Mobli Service in a Mobli Channel.
Please be aware that the visibility of an item shared in a Channel will often be different from that specified by sharing the same item with your own Friends Lists. An item shared in a Channel may be visible to a very large audience or the public. The rules for sharing of a Channel may change after you have posted your Content to the Channel.
Modifying and Removing Content. You may remove a video or photo by logging into the Mobli System on www.mobli.com and clicking on the said video or photo. Once viewing the photo or video, move the mouse cursor on it and click on the word "Edit" on the bottom right. In the page that opens, you may perform various modifications as well as click on the word "Delete" in order to remove the Content. Please note that Content removal or modification may not be immediate as a result of technical limitations, therefore after deleting or modifying your Content there may be a period of time where it is still visible on Mobli.
In addition to any other purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, Mobli may process personal information collected through your use of Mobli for the following purposes:
On occasion Mobli may enable its Members to invite friends to join the service by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. When Members send such invitations, Mobli will store the Member's friends' email addresses to facilitate the invitation and registration process. Mobli does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders. Recipients of invitations from Mobli may contact Mobli at privacy@mobli.com to request the removal of their information from our database. Such information may be retained for legal purposes and to otherwise assist Mobli in observing the recipient's request.
Mobli Members may also store email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information of people they know in their personal Mobli Contact list.
Mobli uses cookies to maintain context during visits to the website, enabling a more personalized and enhanced experience for each User. When asked to do so by the User, Mobli will also use cookies to remember repeat visitors to our website, enabling automatic login to the website.
You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set - each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. You must enable cookies from Mobli to have the best experience using the Mobli Service.
Mobli may allow third-party advertisers that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Advertisers' use of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not the Mobli Privacy Policy. See the section above to understand Mobli's position on advertising, promotional support, and the tracking our Users and audience so that we can deliver the Mobli Services cost effectively.
Mobli Websites may contain links to other websites not controlled by Mobli. Mobli is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other websites. When linking to another website a User should read the privacy policy stated on that website. Our Privacy Policy only governs information collected on Mobli Websites and through Mobli Services.
Please be aware that whenever you share comments, text messages, and email messages the Content of these documents will be visible to those you share it with, possibly including the public. You should be careful about the documents you share, particularly documents that contain personal information about yourself or your correspondents. Personally identifiable information in shared documents may be used by the people the document is shared with to contact you or others. You should be particularly careful about sharing others' identity or personal information.
Mobli Members may modify or remove personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing the My Dashboard page on the web. If you would like to completely remove your account, please send an email from the email address you registered your account with, titled: "Account Removal" accountremoval@mobli.com. Account removal will be done at the earliest opportunity.
Mobli or one of our advertising partners may deliver ads appearing on the Mobli Websites or Mobli Service. Our web-advertising partners may set cookies (or use similar technology to enable personalized advertising on your mobile device). These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy statement covers the use of cookies by Mobli and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
Mobli Member accounts are secured by Member-created passwords. Mobli takes precautions to ensure that Member-account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect Member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to Member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer-service personnel, service administrators, and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of Member-account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of Member information at any time.
If Mobli learns of a security-systems breach we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Mobli may post a notice on our website if a security breach occurs. If this happens, you will need a web browser enabling you to view the website. Mobli may also send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us in these circumstances. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive free written notice of a security breach (or to withdraw your consent from receiving electronic notice) you should notify us at privacy@mobli.com.
Due to the existing regulatory environment, Mobli cannot ensure that all of your personally identifiable information and communications will remain private and will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy. Therefore, although we maintain and make every effort to comply with evolving privacy standards, we do not promise, nor should you expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will always remain private.
Mobli will not disclose personally identifiable information to any third party without the Member's permission unless we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process received by Mobli, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the Mobli Terms of Use or to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and Users of the service. Mobli reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information because of the sale of Mobli or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.
From time to time we may make changes to our Privacy Policy. Our most current Privacy Policy will always be posted on all Mobli Websites. A User is bound by any minor changes to the Policy when she or he uses the website after those changes have been posted. If, however, we are going to use Users' personally identifiable information in a manner materially less restrictive from that stated at the time of collection we will seek to obtain your consent through reasonable means which may include posting a notice on our website for 30 days.
